FINAL JUDGMBNT
DISSOLUTION'-OF.. MARRIAGE
THIS, CAUSE, having come on for final hearing on-the Husband's
Petition and the Wife's Couaterpetition, and--the Court having heard
testimony of witnesses, and counselifor both parties being present,
-and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises,
it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ROGER LANKFORD, Husband,
and JULIA ANN LANRP'ORD, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are .hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from-the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to-wit:
;r REBECCA LANKFORD, is hereby awarded to the Wife, JULIA ANN LANKFORD,
subject to reasonable rights of visitation by the Husband, ROGER I.ANKFORD:
Other terms of .child support and custody are set forth in the Property
Settlement Agreement filed in this cause.
3. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The Property Settlement
Agreement filed and received into evidence in this cause is hereby
incorporated in this Final Judgment and made a part hereof by reference.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida on
this ~ day of September, 1979.
