the respective party with wham the ohild is visit~.ng or residing
at a given time as the. case may be, shall be responsible for the
support of the child,~until the child reaches majority.
4. ALIMONY: -The Wife is hereby awarded the; sum of
$27,000.00 as lump sum alimony, and.the Husband is hereby ordered
and directed to pay to the Wife the said amount in payments of
$375.00 per month, commencing the 1st day of August, 1979, and payable-
in alike sum on a like day of each succeeding month thereafter
until the said $27,000.00 shall be paid in .full:
Bach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to IRENS HUEBNER. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. TRANSPORTATION FOR WIFE: The Wife shall be responsi-
ble for obtaining her own means of transportation at no expense
to the Husband.
6. MARITAL RESIDENCE: The Husband is hereby granted
possession for a period of seven (7) years from the date of this
judgment of the marital home located at 408 Seager Avenue, Fort
,Pierce, Florida, with the parties hereafter remaining as tenants -
in comvaon. It is hereby ordered that at the-end of said seven (7)
- -year-period -the-marital-residence--shall-be--sold__at_ _gublic_ male and_____ _
the proceeds frown said sale divided equally after deduction for
one-half (1/2) of the mortgage payments, taxes and insurance applicable
to the marital dwelling and as paid for by the H~isband during the
aforesaid seven (7) year period-(said amount being paid directly
to the Husband as a credit from the proceeds of sale) and expenses
of sale including norrzal closing expenses and attorneys fees for
the respective parties. Notwithstanding the Husband shall have a
.right at any time during the said seven (7) year period to purchase
the Wife's one-half (1/2) interest in the marital residence by
