paying to the Kife a sum acceptable to her for her one-half (1/2)
interest and in such event the Husband will be credited for one-half
(1/2) of the ~aortgage payments, taxes, and insurance applicable
to the marital dwellinq+and as paid for by the Husband during the
elapsed period. In the event that the Husband and Wife are not
able to agree as to the price to be paid by the Husband for the _
said one-half (1/2) interest,. then i~'that event, the parties shall have
the option to obtain the services of an unbiased MIA appraiser,
the cost of the MIA appraisal so given shall be divided between
the parties with each party being responsible for one-half (1/2)
of said expense. The appraisal so given shall be binding upon the
Wife and sh,a-shall be required-in~such~instance to execute a proper
deed to the Huaband~conveyinq to the Husband her one-half (1/2)
interest in said property in exchange for payment in full to the
Wife by the Husband of one-half (1/2) the amount as stated in the
appraisal. The Husband shall be credited with one-half (1/2) of
the mortgage payments, taxes and insurance applicable to the marital
dwelling and as-paid for by the Husband during the elapsed period

which amount shall be subtracted from the amount to be paid for
the Wife's one-half (1/2) interest.
7. FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGSs Each-party shall be.`
entitled to keep his _ her awn personal property with the exception
that the furniture locate 'n the marital residence shall be divided
equally such that each party shall for example be entitled to
one-half { 1/2) of all bedroom furniture, one-half (1/2) of all

dining-room-furniture;-etc:- _ -
8. INDEBTEDNESS: Each party shall be responsible for-
any and all bills or indebtednesses incurred by such party in either
their joint names or that party's name alone since the separation
of the parties= the Husband shall be responsible for all debts
incurred during the marriage except any debts incurred in the Wife's
name only which the Wife is presently in the process of paying off
from her own funds.
9. ATTORNEYS FEES: -The Husband is hereby ordered to
pay $500.00 towards the Wife's attorneys .fee= the said sum to be
