WILLIFORD, Wife, and CORDIE WILLIFORD, Husband. E FINAL JUDGMENT Of DI AGE This cause came on for trial on the 11th day of September, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties• and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRENDA E. WILLIFORD and CORDIE WILLIFORD, be and the same, is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ANITA WILLIFORD and JAMES GORDON NiLLIFORD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BRENDA E. WILLIFORD, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved•to CORDIE WILLIFORD. The said. CORDIE WILLIFORD is further ordered to not remove the minor children from the State of Florida. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 14th day of September, 1979, CORDIE 0 WILLIFORD shall-pay to BRENDA WILLIFORD the sum of 632.00 per week/per child, __each and_every___week for the support_of _the minor children of the parties, and shall continue to be paid every Friday, thereafter, until said children attain. o ma3ority. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and, by him, remitted promptly to BRENDA WILLIfORD. In addition, there is herein assessed the sum of ;2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check.
