and SAMUEL LLOYD, Husband.
FINAL JUDGMENT OF.
DIS GE
This cause came on for trial on the llth cia~? ui September, ]979,
and the Court having given .full consideration to all the evidence, finds-and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists betweenihe parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF_MARRIAGE. The marriage between CATHY LLOYD and
SAMUEL LLOYD, be and the same, is hereby dissolved, and the parties and~each
of them are hereby forever freed from-the bonds of matrimony heretofore existin
between them and from the ob]igations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of REGINA RENA LLOYD, minor child of the parts ,
is hereby awarded to CATHY LLOYD, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved
to SAMUEL LLOYD, as follows: Commencing on Saturday, September 15, 1979, and
every other weekend. thereafter, SAMUEL LLOYD shall have the right -to be with

- and to take the present minor child of the parties away from the residence of
CATHY LLOYD for visitation ,purposes, and if the said SAMUEL LLOYD chooses to
exercise such visitation, he shah advise CATHY LLOYD of same 24 hours in ad-
vance of time to_commence such visitation. Weekend visitation periods shall
begin Saturday afternoon at 3:00 PM, until the following day, Sunday, at 5:00
Further, SAMUEL LLOYD shall be responsible for the child's transportation to
and from the residence of CATHY LLOYD. SAMUEL LLOYD shall, further, have
reasonable visitation over holidays. _
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 14th day of September,. 1979,
SAMUEL LLOYD shall pay to CATHY LLOYD the sum of $27.00 each and every week
for the support of the present minor child of the parties named above, and shall
