- soar-of 62.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, aroney order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their maili
and residence addresses at all tiaras while this Order is in effect.
4. MEDICAL. SA4iUEL LLOYD is hereby ordered to be responsible for
all doctor(s), hospital, and pharmaceutical expenses related io the current
pregnancy of the Wife, and the birth of the presently-unborn child of the
parties. In the event that the Husband's employer has available a health
insurance plan-, the Husband shall avail himself of such insurance for-the
benefit of the present minor child of the parties and the expected child of
the parties, and to see that such policy rearains in full force and effect to
adequately meet expenses reasonably incurred for the benefit of such minor
child(ren), until said child(ren) attain ma3ority.
5. MARITAL DEBTS AND OBLIGATIONS. The Husband shall assume liabilit
for all debts 3ointly incurred by the parties during the course of their marriag
and shall hold the Wife harmless, therefrom.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of 6200.00 to be
reasonable-for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and SAMUEL LLOYD is
ordered to pay to the law firm of Sullivan ~ Cobb the said sum within 90 days
from the date of this Order.
7. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
4 restrained from interfering with, harassing, or.-annoying the other, in ar1Y `
manner, whatsoever.
- 8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto ~ -
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
