'ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF -
'!'his catuse came on to be heard before me for the temporary
relief prayed for in the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage
filed herein, and the Court having heard the evidence and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds and determines:-
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit, and that the Wife is entitled to the temporary
relief prayed for in her Ce~seplaint and it 3a hereupon
ORDERED that the Wife is hereby granted exclusive .temporary
use of the marital home and all of the personal property and furni-
tune used in connection therewith, and .the Wife is ordered not to
dispose of any of-the furniture or personal property she has been
given exclusive use of under this Order. It is further
ORDERED that the Wife be granted temporary custody of DANIEL
JAY SAMUELSON, the minor child of the parties with reasonable
.visitation rights reserved to the Husband. it is further
ORDERED that the Husband pay to the Nife temporary child support
-
-during-the pendency of--these--proceedings in the amount of $35:00 per - -
week. That said child support shall be paid commencing the 14th day-
of September, 1979, and said payments may be paid on a biweekly basis
corresponding with the Husband's .pay period. All•such payments shall _
be made to the Clerk of the Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
by the Clerk promptly remitted to the Wife. There is in addition
slssessed against the Husband as'costs, the sum of $2.00 to be added
