1. That on December 8, 1970, your petitioner and Randolph H. ~ _
- Thompson were issued. Letters Testamentary as co-executors of the Last
Will and Testament of Evelyn McCarty Stark"Thompson, deceased, in the r

above-entitled probate proceeding.
2. That on August 1, 1971, the said Randolph H.. Thompson died
gestate in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, and Letters Testamentary
were issued on August 18, 1971, to Montgomery J. Corse and John D. Corse,
- as executors of the will of Randolph H. Thompson, deceased, in probate file
of the above-entitled court ~i36822-D. -
3. That the Barnett Bank of Jacksonville, N. A. , formerly The
BarnettFirst National Bank of Jacksonyille,~-has; by-its- waiver- attached - - -
hereto, waived its right to serve as co-executor of the Last Will and Testa- .
