WILLIAM DAVIDSON STARK, III, as beneficiary of the above-

entitled estate, for an Order reopening the~Estate and author--
. -izing partial distribution, the'Court finds that .all interested
parties have been served proper notice of the Petition or have
waived notice.thereof,-and have consented to the re-opening and,.
• distribution as requested, and that-the material allegations
of the Petition are true, it is
ADJUDGEb that the Estate be and the same is hereby
re-opened and, that WILLIAM D. STARK, III, also known-as WILLIAM
- 'DAVIDSON STARK, III, be and he is hereby authorized to act as ,y
personal representative with all rights,. duties, and responsi- ~ !
bilities as heretofore recognized in the Letters Testamentary, ~
dated the 4th day of October , 1971, and is authorized to
distribute or surrender to himself as beneficiary, real property'
lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described. as follows: -
