- - THIS CAUSB having come on-for trial on the day of .
197 Q, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds
and determines:. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife~now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.- It is thereupon
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MBRLB MONNIBR~and
WILLIAM MONNIBB, be and the sane is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
- of matrimony heretofore existing between them and frog the

obligations arising therefrom._
2.~ RBSTORATION OF NAMB. MERLB MONNIBR be and is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of MBRLE FLYNN and to use
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
as may be Proper.
