ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
THIS CAUSE has been con$idered by this Court upon-the Petition of
Maicine Brown, as Personal Representative of the 8state of CHARLOTTB J.
LAIDLAW, DECEASED, for an Order Authorizing Sale of real property here-
inafter situate lying and being in St. Lucie'County, Florida, to Maxine.
Brown, individually, and the Court having determined that it is in the
beat interest of the estate that the sole asset of the ancillary admin-
istration be sold in order to provide funds for the cost of administration
and claims in the domiciliary proceeding, and that-the sale should be
for the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00),.it is therefore
ADJUDGBD that Maxine Brown, as Personal Representative of the
-Estate of CHARLOTTE J. LAIDLAW, DECEASED, is authorized to sell the
hereinafter described real property situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 21, Block 705, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 18,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, page 17:,of the Public
• Records of St. Lucie Comity, Florida.
to Maxine Brown, individually, for the swn of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) cash net to the estate.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
