PETITIONER, BETTY SCANEiDER, as Personal Representative _
and sole heir of the above Estate, respectfully alleges to .

l. Part of the assets of the Estate consists of the
following real property .located in the City of Port $t.
Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida to wit:
Lots .9 and 10, Block 482 of Port St. Lucie
Section 26, a-subdivision according to the -
- plat thereof. recorded in Plat Book 14, page
4, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reser-
vations, limitations and easements of record: -
zoning and other regulatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1979.
'i 2. Prior to the death of the decedent, LEWIS
SCHNEIDER, an oral agreement was entered into between
LEWIS SCANEIDER and his daughter and son-in-law, BARBARA
and JOAN VOGLEY to sell the above-described real property,
and the purchase price of NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS
was received by LEWIS SCANEIDER prior to his death.
3. That before the Deed could be executed, LEWIS
SCHNEIDER died.
4. That I, BETTY SCHNEIDER,-and the only beneficiary
under the Will of the above-named decedent, and I consent
to the sale of said property, and waive Notice of sale of -
said property described above.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks the Court for an Order
authorizing the sale of the above-described property upon
the terms and conditions set forth above.
