LEWIS SCHNEIDER, ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF
REAL PROPERTY
Deceased.
. THIS CAUSE having been considered by this Court upon
the Petition of BETTY SCHNEIDSR as Personal Representative
of the Estate of LEWI3 SCHNEiDER, and the Court having
determined that it is in the best interest of the Estate
that certain assets of the Estate be-sold .in order to
- conform with the Contract entered into by_the-decedent_
prior to his death, .that the Court finds that it is in
the best interest of the Estate that the Personal Rep-
resentative execute the Deed of the property to BARBARA
and JOHN VOGLEY at a private sale, and that the sale should
be for the sum of NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS, which
was received by LEWIS-SCHNEIDER prior to his death, and it
is therefore:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BETTY SCHNEIDER as Personal
Representative of the Estate of LEWIS SCANEIDER is authorized
to sell Lots 9-and 10, Block 482 of-Port St. Lucie, Section
26, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 4, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida for NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS, which
the decedent received before the date of his death.
