9. It is further alleged by the Petitoner that-.the St.
Lucie County Bank; now-known as Sun Bank of 3t. Lucie County,
appointed as co-executor with John .(Jack) Sorensen, has re-
pounced their involvement with the state due to the diminished
size. - _ _
10. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed to John (Jack) Sorensen and after all expenses of
estate have been paid, then assets will be distrubuted in equal
shares to Janet Sorensen, Marnie Sorensen, John Sorensen VIII
and Mary Louise Sorensen.
11. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 12.
12. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated June
6, 1968, has been filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court on
August 24, 1979 and is Will # 7i4.
E 13. Decedent's will does not direct administration as

required by Chagter 733, Florida Statues. Petitioner requests-

that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribu-
tion of assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule
set forth in Paragraph 10 of this petition.
