PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AND
FOR DISCHARGE AND DISTRIBUTION
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
Sstate.~ alleges:
1. That the decedent, GUSTAVS F. ANDRAS, a resident of Portage
County.,-Wisconsin, died intestate on November 5, 1976, and Letters Of
Ancilliary Administration were issued to Petitioner on October 13, 1977.
2. That your Petitioner is one of the heirs at law'of the
decedent and all of the other heirs at law of the decedent have re- -
. ~
pounced their interests in~the decedent's estate and that said renuncia-
tions were filed in the domiciliary probate~p=oceedings in the State of
Wisconsin.
3. That certified copies of the Final Judgment and renuncia-

tions filed in the domiciliary estate finding your Petitioner to be the
only heir at law of the decedent to be entitled to the assets of decedent's
estate due to the renunciations and said Judgment and .renunciations have -

- een previously filed with this Court and are incorporated herein and made
a part hereof by reference.
4. That due to the renunciations of inheritance so executed
your Petitioner is the only person entitled to receive distribution of -

the assets of the decedent's estate.
5. Petitioner files herewith a waiver of final accounting ex-
ecuted by the Petitioner, and your Petitioner has. previously executed a
Deed to herself as an individual of the real property constituting the
