ORDER D$TSRMINING HEIRS AND OF DISCHARGB
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the day of September,
1979, upon the Petition For Determination Of Heirs And For.Disbharge
And Distribution, and the Court having examined the verified Petition
and the Court also receiving into evidence a certified copy of the
transcript of the domiciliary estate proceedings and finding that all
of the Children of GUSTAVE F. ANDRAE, as heirs at law, of the Decedent,
have renounced their interest in the estate and that the only heir
at law entitled to receive distribution of the assets of the Estate
of GUSTAVE F. ANDRAE is FRANCES M. ANDRAE, the surviving spouse of the
Decedent, and the Court further finding that FRANCES M. ANDRAE has pre-
viously deeded the real property comprising the assets in this estate
to-herself, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That. the Petition For Determination Of Heirs And For
Discharge And Distribution, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it
be, and is hereby further ordered that the only heir entitled to receive
distribution of the assets of the estate of GUSTAVE F. ANDRAE, Deceased,
be, and is hereby ordered to be FRANCES M. ANDRAE.
2. That that certain Deed dated October 13, 1977, from
FRANCES M. ANDRAE, as Personal Representative to FRANCES M. ANDRAE as an
individual, and recorded in O.R. Book 276, Page 1063, of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, conveying the below described
property, be, and is hereby ordered confirmed, ratified and approved.
