FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause.havinq come before .the Court and .the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and
determines. that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit. It is thereupon
- ORDERED ANO ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, GEORGE HOPKINS, was properly
served by the Sheriff's service in this cause and that said
Defendant failed to serve any written defenses or any paper,a
required by law. -

2. That a Default was entered against the"Defendant
by this .Court on September 13,1979.
3. That the Plaintiff, Personal Thrift P1an,Inc.is
entitled to a Final Judgment award and such award is hereby
entered against the Defendant~on the balance due and owing in
the Defendant's account plus interest attorney's fees and-cos s.
4. A Final Judgment .be and the same is hereby entered
in favor of-the Plaintiff against the Defendant~in the amount
of $2,419.84 plus $441.97- interest and $ attorney's
fees and $30.50 costs, making a total judgment of $

for which let execution rest.
