of the Centeriine of Construct-ion according to the Right of Way Map for
Section 94030-2507,- State-Road-70, at portion of said-Centerline-being _more _
particularly described as foylows: - •
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range
38 East;-thence N 00°09'17" W along the West line of said Section 4 a
- distance of 146.11 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described
Centerline of Construction; thence S 84°08'25" E along-said Centeriine of

a distance of 1087.32 feet to the END of the herein described Centerline
of Construction, thence N 00°08'45" W along the fast line of said
Section 9 a distance of 289.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East.
