AFFIDAVIT -

BEFORE MB the undersigned authority personally appeared B. RAY
ROBSATS; who, having been first duly sworn, deposes and says as
follows: .
1. That he is~the same S. RAY ROBERTS named as Grantee on that
certain Deed dated-May 22,-1973, from FLOYD MORRIS, as Grantor,
conveying to the undersigned, as Grantee, the following described
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 393, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 24,
according ~ to the- plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 13, at Pages 31, 31A thru 31C, public records
of St. Lucie County, f'lorida.
Which Deed was-recorded in the Public. Records of St.-Lucie County,
,Florida, at Official Records Book 214, page 1802, on May 29, 1973.
2. That at the time of his purchase of the subject property,
the property was vacant land, and contained no structures whatsoever
thereupon.
3. That the undersigned, in consideration of the purchase of
the subject property, paid .to FLOYD MORRIS the total purchase price
of $3, 000.00 .
4. That, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the Grantor,
FLOYD MORRIS, was at the time of the aforementioned transaction, a
resident of the State of Georgia, as indicated on the face of the
subject Deed. ~ -
