i, HAROLD L. SMITH, of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
do hereby make,_publish.and declare this to be my Last dill and
Testament and hereby revoke any and all other mills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
CLAUS$ I.
I direct my personal representative, hereinafter naared, to
pay_, out of my estate, all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness, and funeral expenses.
CLAIISF2 II .
All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real
and personal, wherever situate and whether-acquired before or
after the execution of this ~+iill, I give and devise to my wife,
RUBY M. SMITH, now of St. Lucie County, Florida, in fee simple as
her own absolutely. -
F CLAUS$ III.
r I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the
time of my death. which is signed by me and which describex the-

j items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.

CLAUSE IV.:
In the event that my said wife, RUBY M. SMITH, does not
survive m~ then I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and whether
