acquired before or after the execution of this Will to my
children, JERRY R. SMITB, now of Fort Pierce, Florida, and BILSSDT S.
WALIO3R, now of San Antonio, Texas, share and share alike, in fee
simple as their own absolutely. -
- CLAUSE V.
I name and appoint RUBY M. SMITB as personal representative
of this my Will and i desire that she be allowed to serve without
bond. If the said RUBY M. SMITB-shall die, resign, be disqualified,
or unable or unwilling to act as such, then I name end appoint -
JERRY R. SMITB and $ILEB~ S. WALRBR as personal representatives and
I also desire that they be allowed to serve without bond.
- - CLAUSE VI.
My personal representative is invested with full power .and
authority to sell, convey, transfer, assign, and mortgage any
and all personal property and any and all real estate necessary-
- or proper to be sold, conveyed, transferred, assigned, or
mortgaged for the purposes of carrying out this Will. It is my
E intention to ratify all of the powers granted in Florida Statute -
733.612,_ 1975 Revision, without diminution or limitation.
CLAUSE VII.
Except where the context indicates otherwise, words in the

singular number shall include the plural and words in the
masculine gender shall include the feminine. _
IN WITNESS WSBREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
