The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Decedent, EDNA C. BRUNRHORST, a resident of St.
Louis Missouri, died on October 17, 1978 leaving a Last
Will dated March 26, 1960, which. was duly proved and admitted to
probate and .record in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court
of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, a Court of probate jurisdic-
tion on February 26, 1979.
2. At the time of her death, decedent owned real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida. The approximate value of
the assets of her estate located in the State of Florida is
$6,385.00.

3. The heirs of the decedent are as follows:

4. An Order of Summary Administration was entered on
July 18, 1979, in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida,
distributing real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to the
beneficiaries of the estate. An authenticated copy of the Petition
for Summary Administration, Last Will dated March 26, 1960,
Application for Probate of Will of the Probate Division of the
Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and Order of
Summary Administration of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte
