• 11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733. Florida Statutes.. Petitioner requests tha
the authenticated copy of the decedent's last will dated March 26,
1960, as well as an authenticated-copy of the Application for Pro- -
bate of Will of the Probate Division 4~f-the Circuit Court of the M
City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, be admitted to probate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribution
of the assets in the. estate in accordance with the schedule set
forth in paragraph eight of this petition.
12. Petitioner hereby waives Notice of Hearing on this
Petition. -
