The South 100 feet of the following property: Beginning at a
stake on the line of the St. t,ucfe Sound, in the SEA of SW~ of
Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, being 33S 7112
feet North of Section line, and at the North corner of a lot
conveyed by Thomas E. Richards and, wife to Lucie E. Richards
May 28, 1885; thence Westerly and at right angles to the St.
Lucie Sound along North line of Lucie E. Richards to the edge
of the Savannah; thence Northerly along the Savannah 600 feet
to a stake; thence Eassterly and. parallel with the first line
to tha St. Lucie Sound; thence Southerly on the line of St. _
Lucie'Sound 600 feet to the place of beginning, containing 12
acres, more or less; with riparian rights. Excepting therefrom
the .right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway and ail
public roads,

The Northwesterly 60 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a stake in the line of St. Lucie Sound 335 7/12
feet North of Section line in Southeast Quarter of Section
4, Township~7 South, Range 41 East, and running Westerly _
and at right angles with St. Lucie Sound to Savannah;
thence Southerly and along the line of Savannah 300 feet~to
a stake; thence Easterly and parallel to the first line to
St. Lucie Sound; thence Northerly and along the~line of
the St. Lucie Sound 300 feet to a stake or place of .beginning.
EXCEPTING, however, such of said lands used as rights of way

190 feet more or less, thence Northeasterly to the Indian River,
thence Southeasterly meander the river 190 feet more or less,
thence Southwesterly to the Point of Beginning, less SR 707
