oath and for this her Waiver of Dower alleges and says:_
1. She is a married woa>en and is currentlq the wife and
heir of John S. Cemer. -
2. That she and John S. Cemer are in the process of
dissolving"their-marriage and accordingly have executed-a Property.
Settlement Agreement providing for the future well-being of both
she and the minor children.
3.' That the above described Property Settlement Agreement
shall and will be incorporated as a part of the dissolution pro-
- ceedings now pending under"Case No. 79-1002 FR in the Circuit Court
in and for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of St. Lucie County,
Florida before Judge G. Kendall Sharp.
:4. That she hereby waives any claim rights to dower under
either the abolished Florida Statute providing for-the same or any
other applicable law in the jurisdiction of the State of Florida.
5. That as the natural mother and custodial parent of the
two minor children of the parties, and after having had the free
and independent advice of her own attorney, she waives all these
claim rights for herself and the minor children. ~~~7~
