This cause came on for hearing on the Wife's.
Motion for Contempt and Husband's oral- Motion for Clarifica~iom
of Final Judgment concerning personal `property and Court having
heard the evidence and argument of Counsel, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife's Motion for Contempt is denied.
2. The Husband is in arreage in the sum of
f $201.33 which shall be paid out of Husband's share of the

proceeds.

` 3. The following items of personal property shall
- be sold with the house:
(A) Washer and Dryer. -
(B)~ Refrigeretor~and Stove.
(C) Box springs and mattress located in both
bedrooms.
4. The Husband can inspect the home so long -
as he is accompanied by his lawyer.
