THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Wife's Petition for
Modification of Final Judgment increasing child support together
with request for costs and attorney's fees, court hearing,
testimony, and receive exhibits, the Court finds and detenaines_
Wife has failed to ,prove a substantial change in circumstance
and accordingly it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Wife's Petition for Modification
of Final Judgment be and the same is hereby denied.
