pleadings, papess, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherwise

is are declared to be the legitisate child(ren) of the Defendant

MERRION LITTLE ,shall have custody of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant s right of reasonable .visitation; it is further

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health sad
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winevood Eoulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of tht Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontie~ue Payments fray
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the.support-
paymedtb shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant haling been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPARTKENt OF HEALTH AID REHA1sILITATIVE
