Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AMID ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transact support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Diacootinue Payments frog
the Department of Healtb and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
paymeatb shall thereafter bs directed and payable to the aforesaid natural aother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further.
ORDBitBD A1~ID ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPART!lENT OF HEALTH A!O REEUBILITATIVE
SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, A~ UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to:
