Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewnod Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further

hereby ordered to continue to tranawit support payments received frow the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Paysents frog
the Departseat of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event tbs.support
payserits shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural wother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further

SERVICES, BUREAU OF VITAL STATISTICS, ANBrDMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to:
