Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Minevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received frow the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments frog
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support
payme>ati shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural wother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
