THIS CADSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for ?bdification of final judgts,ent or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of Witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is- _
ORDERED AND ADNDGED that the Petition for rlodification of final_
judgsent or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on y _
19 79 the Father, JOE F . GRIFFIS shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the su>s of $ 20.00 per week each and every
week plus $2.00_ statutory fee, Which amount shall be remitted
monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 tiiinevood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida,
32304. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security
Number and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF TSB CIRCitIT COUR?, and sent to;
Clerk of the Circuit Court

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the above-ordered amounts -

ordered to be paid as set forth herein as and for arrearages or past unpaid
child support trhich is due and owing in a total amount of $
Said arrearage payment shall continue until entire arrearage is fully paid;
it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the persoa
having custody of the child(ren).
