Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that tha Clerk of the Circuit Court shall acd is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received Eros the Defendant
until further order of this-Court or receipt. of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Heslth and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the. support
paymeritb shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother -
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of the above-named child(ren), the DEPARINENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES, BITRLAU OF-VITAL STATISTICS, AMEZIDMENT UNIT, shall and it is hereby ordered to:
