the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, and shall be pa able with interest from the
date of advance thereof at the highest .permissible rate permitted by Florida
law payable on demand of the Mortgagee therefor and shall be secured by the
lien of this Mortgage.
FOR so long as this Mortgage is current, in good standing and in full
force and effect, the Mortgagee agrees to release lands from the lien of this
Mortgage only (without any obligation to release land from the lien of the
rtgage until the entire principal and interest- under the First Mortgage
s been paid in accordance with its terms) .upon the following terms and
conditions
1. The Mortgagor shall -not be entitled to the partial release
of any portion of the Easterly twenty (20) acres of the mortgaged
property from the lien of .this Mortgage. It is understood and
agreed that those portions of the mortgaged property -which are
subject to the provisions fog partial releases of this Mortgage ("Re-
sable Proper s be released on the basis of a minimum

with _ parcel having as its North boundary line the North
boundary a of the mortgaged property and its South boundary

East boundary of the Releasable Property. -Thereafter, the parcels
to be released shall commence at the -West boundary of the mortgaged
property and proceed Easterly with the North boundary of each
parcel being released being a line parallel with and 300 feet North
of the South boundary of the mortgaged property and the South
boundary of each such parcel to be released being a line parallel
with and 100 feet North of the South boundary of the mortgaged
property. _Such releases shall proceed to the Easterly boundary of
the Releasable Property. Thereafter, the parcels to be released
shall coaunence at the West boundary of the mortgaged property and
proceed Easterly with the North boundary of each parcel to be
released being a line parallel with and 100 feet North of the South
boundary of the mortgaged property and with the South boundary
of each such parcel to be released being the South boundary of the
mortgaged property . The releases shall proceed until the East
boundary of the Releasable Property and thereafter the Mortgagor
shall not be entitled to any further partial releases from the lien of
this Mortgage until all principal, interest and other monies due
under this Mortgage shall have been paid in full. By way of illus-
tration, Exhfbt B attached hereto and made a part hereof is a
s sketch of the pattern of releases showing that the releases are in
numerical order (Parcel 1 through Parcel 17, both inclusive as
shown thereon) and would have to be requested in sequential order.
By way of further example, as relates to Exhibit B, the "Additional
Release Parcel", as hereinafter defined, which the Mortgagor would
be entitled to have released at closing would be Parcels 1 and 2 as
shown on Exhibit B .
2. It is understood and agreed that in consideration of the
sums paid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee at the closing of the
purchase of the mortgaged property the Mortgagor shall be entitled
to release of ten (10) acres of land from the lien of this Mortgage
which shall be released in accordance with the pattern. of releases
set forth in Paragraph 1 above ("Additional Release Parcel") .
