TNIS CJWSE wa• heard on September 17 , 197_9 upon the Motion
for Eaforce~snt and Contas~pt prwiously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitioner bsin~ present in Open Court and represented by couASel, and the
Respondent _ haviu~ appeased is person in Open Court and not bavins been
represented by an attorney, and the Court havint heard all of the testimony of
the parties and beiuj fully advised in tba praises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that ~ ELLIOTT ,~~D , the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sows hereinafter refsrred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful conteapt of this Court for his willful failure to pay- support_ _
payments as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
- ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for coate~pt he is hereby
aenteaced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
co®encing on January 17 1980 or as soon thereafter as he can be
found .
