THIS- CAUSE was heard on the 17th day of September , 197 9 ,
upon the Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement-previously filed herein by the
Petitioner, and the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented
by counsel, and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and
not having been represented by an attorney,-and the Court having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
:ADJUDGED that JOE TaIGGINS ~ ,the Respondent; had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
payments- as-directed by order -duly- entered- -herein; m-eepT~f-wki~r#e-a~eched~ - - -

ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, JOE WIGGINS ,
may purge himself by promptly paying $ 20.00 on the arrearage in the amount of
$ 587.00 to the Clerk of the above entitled Court, together with the statutory
cost'of $2.00 which shall be added to each payment, on September 21 , 1978,

It is further
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGBD that all payments made by the Respondent shall be
remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32301,
until further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person having
custody of the children. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from the Respondent to the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services at the above address.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucfe County, Florida, on this 18th
day of September 1979.
