fqr Enforcewent and Contewpt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
letitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, sad the
Respondent bayins appeared in person in Open Court and not bavius been
represented by an attorney, and the Court bavin~ heard all of the testiwony of
the parties and beinE fully advised in the prewises, it is therefore' _
ADJUDGED that DAVID MARSHALL ,the tespondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sins bareinafter referred eo and is aov ad~ud~ed
guilty-of--willf~rl-eontewpt of--this-Court for his willful failure to pay support
paywents as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contewpt be is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cosioencing on January 17 19 80 , or as soon thereafter as be can be
found.

incarceration) and be releassd by paying the sum of $ 700.00 ,plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and-coats)-dui as of-this date to-the Clerk of Circuit-
Court of this Counter, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
authorised deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGITLAR OF THE SHERIPPS OF THE STATE OP FLORIDA are directed

as soon thereafter ae he can bt found and deliver hiw to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and sentence.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be prowptly notified of his
