THIS CAUSE wa heard on Qegtesber 17 , 1979 ,upon the 1lotioa
for Enforcement and Contaipt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, sad the
Petitioner beie~ present in Open Court and represented by counsel, acrd the
Respondent ~ havinS appured in person in Open Court and not bavins bean
represented by an attorney, and the Court harinS heard all of the testimony of
the parties and beigS fully advised in the presises, it is therefore
_ ADJUDGED drat CLARENCE ADDERLY ,the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums lrereiaafter referred to and is nor adjudSed
guilty of willful contempt of this Court fvz hie rillful failure to pay support
payseats as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt lrs is hereby
sentepced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, _
