T1lIS CAUSE toms hard on September 17 , 1179 ,upon the Motion
for Enforcement sad Contes~pt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
2etitioner being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent hsvin~ appeared is person in-Open Court and not homing been
represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testisony of
the parties and being fully advised in the prewises, it is therefore
AD,IUDGBD that CLARENCE ADDERLY ,the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is tww adjudged
guilty-of -vilLful contempt-of-this-Court- for--his-arillful failure_ to_ pay- support
paymento sa directed by order duly entered herein. It is
O1tDBRED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,.
comsencing oa ~ November :16 , 1979 , or as soon thereafter as he can be
found .
PROVIDED, HONSVBR, he way purge himself (either More or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 1 20.00 ,plus $2.00
statutory fee (arrears and costs) due a~ of this date to the Clerk of Circuit -
Court of this County, together with costa of this arrest. ?ou and your duly

The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be prowptly notified of his
arrest. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby
ordered to forward said arrearage payment received from ths.Reapondent until the
above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 ilinatiood boulevard, Tallahassee,
Florida, 32304.
