THIS CAUSE ws heard on September 17 , 1979 upon the liotioa
for Enforceseat and Contaspt prwiously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Petitionsr being present in Open Court and represented by counsel, and the
Respondent not havi>ag appeared in person in Open Court and toot bavit~ been
represented by an attosney, sad the Court having heard all of the tsstisony of
the parties and bean= fully advised in the presiaes, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that HARVEY LEE JOHNSON ,the Respondent, had
the financial ability to pay tha suss hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged
guilty of willful eontespt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
paysents~ as directed by -brdetr -duly entered- h~ertin: - It- is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contespt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in ttu St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
cos¦encing on November 16 , 19 7 9 , or as soon thereafter as he can , be
found . '
PROVIDED, HOHBVEit, he say purge hisself (either before or after
incarceration)-and be released by paying the sus of $ 180.00 , lus $2.00
