NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
MIAMI, a federally chartered savings and loan association,
with its home office at One Southeast Third Avenue, Miami,
Florida, hereby gives notice that effective September 17,
1979, the Association shall be known as and its full cor-
porate title shall be:
AmeriFirst Federal Savings and Loan Association
This change of corporate title from FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MIAMI to AmeriFirst Federal Savings -
and Loan Association and the charter amendment effecting
same have been approved by the members and directors of said
Association at duly called meetings as well as by the Federal
