88FORE me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared VIRGINIA GEORGEFF, who says that she is the"Agent and
Secretary of the Lienor herein, Viking's Landing Property Owner's
Association, whose address is 2602 Southeast Erickson Drive, Port
St. Lucie, Florida, and hereby releases W. G. VENTURES, INC., a
Florida corporation, from a claim of lien filed by said Associa-
tion in the sum of One thousand twenty dollars ($1,020.00) against
the following described real property owned in fee simple by W. G.
-Ventures, Inc.:
Lots 8 and 12, VIKING'S LANDING SUBDIVISION,
PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 18~, page 7, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND Lot 35, VIKING'S LANDING SUBDIVISION,
- - -PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 19, page b, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said lien was filed April 18th, 1979, and recorded in
Book 307, page 351, of the Official Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
