personally appeared, BELLS GILSON, who first being duly sworn
-upon oath, deposes and states as follows:
1. That Affiant has personal knowledge of the facts
hereinafter set forth, and is the surviving spouse of DAVID GILSON,
deceased.
2. That DAVID GILSON and BELLS GILSON, his wife, appear
as Grantees in that certai» Warranty Deed dated May 10, 1957
and recorded in Deed Sook 228 at Page 16
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying
the following described property, to-wit:

3. That DAVID GILSON died at Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida on the 28th day of February, 1977•, and_that the marital
relationship of the Affiant and DAVID GILSON was continuous and
uninterrupted from May 10, 1957 when the afore-
mentioned property was acquired until February 28, 1977, the date
of the death of the said DAVID GILSON.
