GEORGE W. MORTON, Deceased. Petitioner's name and address
is as set forth in Paragraph 3 and the name and address
of her attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, GEORGE W. MORTON, a/k/a GEORGE MORTON,
whose last known address was 773 Cascade Road, Cincinnati,
Ohio, died on May 6, 1978 at Cincinnati, Ohio and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in Hamilton County,
Ohio.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
