9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or -
Codicil of decedent other than as-set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An exemplified copy of the decedent's Last Will,
dated March 27, 1978 accompanies this Petition. -
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration
as required by Chapter ?33, Florida Statutes. Petitioner
requests that the decedent's Last Will be admitted to probate
and an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing -
distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
