PSTITTON FOR ORDER ADMITTING
PROBATED FOREIGN WILL TO PROBATE
Comes now the domicillary Personal Representative,
RUTH MORTON, by and through her undersigned attorneys,
and petitions the court for an Order admitting the
probated foreign Will of GEORGE W. MORTON to record and
as grounds therefor would show unto the court that the
. probated foreign Will complies-with Florida Statutes
732.502(1) and (2) and attaches hereto and makes a part
hereof authenticated copies of the Will, Probate Petition,
Decree Admitting Will to Probate, Letters Testamentary,
and that part of the domicillary record that will show
the names of devisees under the Will.
WHEREFORE, Your Petitioner prays that this Court

will enter an Order admitting the probated foreign Will
of GEORGE W. MORTON, a/k/a GEORGE MORTON to record.
