GEORGE W. MORTON
I, GEORGE W. NORTON, of Forest Park, Hamilton County, Ohio, being
of full age and ojP sound mind and memory, and not under restraint,
do make, publish and declare this. to be my Last Will end Testament,
hereby revoking all wills and codicils by me heretoforz made.
Itea 1. I direct that all my dust dents and funeral expenses oe
paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the
t la~z of my deeeaee.
Item 2. I give, bequeath end devise to my urother, Vernleigh
Holmes Morton all my shares of stock in the R.P.M. Corp.
and R.G. Harry Corp., absolutely and in fee eimole, per
F stirpes.
Itzcn 3. All the rest of my property real and personal, of every
kind and description, wheresoever situate, which I may awn
at the time of my decease, I give, :,equeath and devise to
my Former wife, Ruth F. Norton, absolutely and in fee
simple,.if she shall survive me.
Itzm 4. If my said former wife, Auth F. Morton, shall not survive
me, then all the property, real and personal, of every
kind and description, wheresoever situate, that I may awn
at the time of my death, 2 give, bequeath and devise to
my brother, Vernleigh Holmes Morton, absolutely and in fee
simple, per stirpes.
Item 5. I hereby authorize and empower my said executor or execu-
trix, hereinafter appointed, to compromise, compound, set-
tle and adjust all claims and deaaands in favor of or
against my estate and to sell, at private or public sale,
at such prices and upon such-terms of credit or otherwise,
as he or she may deem best, the whola or any part of my
estate, real and personal, and to execute, acknowledge and
deliver deeds and other proper instrument8 oP conveyance
thereof to the purchaser or purchaser~.-
