The instrument presented to this Court as an authenti-

Gated copy of the Last Will and Testament of GEORGE W. MORTON,
Deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in
the Court of Comomon Pleas, of Hamilton County, Ohio, a court of
probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the
decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and
execution, and that it devises real property located in this
County, owned by the decedent at the time of his death; said
property described as:
Lot 4, Block 694, PORT ST. LIICIE, Section 18,
- a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
Application and Entry Admitting Will to Probate in the proper
court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by the
Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will
4 and Testament of GEORGE W. MORTON, a/k/a GEORGE MORTON, Deceased,
