I, MEDIA O'AAAA, a resident of Martin County, Florida, being of sound
aad disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will .and Testament, _hereby revoking all Wills, Codicils and Testa-
mentary Documents heretofore made by me .
FIRST• I direct that alI of my just debts and my funeral expenses be paid
as soon after my death as may be practicable . -
SECOND: I give and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal or mi:ed, and wherever situate, and whether acquired
before or after the making of this Will, tD my daughter, LaVOLA McRAY, to be hers
absolutely .
THIRD: Thereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, LaVOLA
McRAY, as the Personal Representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond . I authorize and empower her as Personal Representative bo sell at
public or private sale the whole or any part of my estate, real, personal or mired or
to mortgage, lease or make such other dispositions of esid estate as she, in her judg-
went, finds proper .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I sign , seal, publish and declare this instru-
meat to be my Last Will and Testament, and for purposes of identification at the
bottom of each page I have signed my name in the presence of the persons witnessing
it at my request this~_ day of March, 1978 .
