Grantees agree to abide by each and every provision of said
Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and confirms all the
terms thereof.
Grantees confirm that~all warranties, representations and
inducements, if any, are as contained. in the aforesaid Declaration of
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or
guarantee is made or intended__to be made or relied upon except where
the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid
Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
